Our Restaurant derives its unique name from the Vibrant City of Bombay in India and from the prized oil yielding fruit cultivated in Western Europe. We offer many choices of Cuisine so that your entire family or group can dine together regardless of their culinary preferences. We also offer Lunch Buffet, as well as a-la-carte Dinner. Bombay Olive is born from shared dream of two friends Bishnu Lama and Hem Raj Gurung, both man has extensive experiences in the hospitality industry. Hem Gerung has ten years experiences in Indian Cuisine and Bishnu Lama who began his career in hospitality industry from World’s reputed well recognized Hotel Marriot and Sheraton which is all around the World..Bishnu has deep knowledge of culinary skill and managing the business.Bishnu was Sou Chef/Manager at the Bradley International Airport Sheraton Hotel at Windsor Lock ,Connecticut until he open own business.Bishnu Lama overseas the Culinary Department as well as front of the House .

Bombay olive has very experiences Head Chef and other Chef on Staff, together they prepare exquisitely flavorful meal and contribute to efficient management of their dinner service and Luncheon Buffets.

Their other fine Chefs operate the earthen Oven for grilling the meat and baking the South Asian Traditional round Bread called Naan.Their entire Team is made up acclaimed individuals with diverse experiences in the Food Industry ranging from the fine dining to even coordination. They all strive to provide you with quality service and unforgettable eating experience.
